Level Headed

Within the World of Hair Color there exists a System of " Levels " to distinguish between colors.

Its used in Europe, Canada, Australia and the USA that I know of I would assume its practiced everyhere else as well.




Knowing this System, can be a LIFE-SAVER if you ever need to color your hair at home.
